CoqPi

CoqPi is a local-first desktop copilot for multilingual conversations. It brings preparation, practice, transcription and reviewed follow-up into one application for Apple Silicon Macs.

• Prepare a session brief from context you explicitly select.
• Rehearse interviews and practise languages with feedback and a local practice history.
• Transcribe meetings without assistant analysis, then review and export the transcript.
• Use Live mode to follow English, French, Russian and Ukrainian speech and prepare a short contextual response.

The person using CoqPi stays in control of what is shared and what happens next.

Local-first, with explicit cloud boundaries

Transcripts, profiles and context packs stay in local runtime storage. OpenAI-backed transcription and assistant features send the selected audio or prompt context to OpenAI; CoqPi is not an entirely offline assistant.

The app does not autonomously join calls or send messages. Gmail and Calendar actions require explicit approval. Speaker marking is manual rather than voice identification.

Current stage

CoqPi is an MVP. Preparation and transcription are available, while repeated real-call latency and speaker-attribution validation remain unfinished. The public macOS build targets Apple Silicon and is unsigned and not notarized.
