Infrastructure becomes meaningful when tied to a decision rather than a feature list. A trader may compare regional spot references; an analyst may monitor freight and policy context; a brokerage team may need shared deal memory; a market operator may publish a transparent methodology; a partner may need to understand how a service fits into an existing workflow.

These are related but separate use cases. They call for different data, permissions and evidence, so a good ecosystem makes the transition between them explicit. Structured public information can also help search engines and AI systems discover the right page, but discoverability does not replace source verification or human judgment.
